What we collect, and what happens to it.

Palisaro has not yet published a full privacy policy — it is being prepared ahead of launch. This page describes what the waitlist form on this site actually does today, so that nothing is collected without being explained first.

The waitlist form

The waitlist is the only form on this page, and joining it is entirely optional. It collects:

Full name
So we know who we are writing to.
Email address
Where launch updates are sent.
Area of interest
The option you selected, so updates can be relevant.
Date and time of signup
Recorded automatically with the entry.

Your browser’s user agent and the page you arrived from are passed along with the signup to help us tell real signups from automated ones. No tracking pixels, no advertising tags and no analytics scripts run on this site.

What it is used for

Launch updates about Palisaro: when the catalogue opens, what is available, pricing, and early access to quotes. That is the whole purpose. Your details are not sold, and they are not shared with anyone outside the businesses Palisaro uses to operate the list and send the emails.

The contact form

The contact form collects your name, email address and message, plus a phone number, company and enquiry type if you fill them in. The message is emailed to Palisaro and a copy is stored, so an enquiry is not lost if that email fails to send. It is used to answer you and for nothing else.

Website analytics

This site counts its own visits rather than using a third-party analytics service, so nothing about your visit is sent to another company. Each page view records the page address, the time, the site that linked you here, any campaign tags in that link, your browser, operating system, device type and screen size, and a session identifier that is discarded when you close the tab.

Your IP address is treated as sensitive. It is not stored in readable form by default. It is converted into a keyed one-way hash that cannot be reversed without a secret held on the server, and that hash, not the address, is what counts you as one visitor. A shortened form of the address, with the last part removed, is kept beside it. If full addresses are ever switched on, they are visible only inside the private admin dashboard, are shown masked, and are deleted automatically after 30 days. The visit counts remain after that, because they never depended on the address.

Country and region are recorded only when the hosting platform supplies them, and are never guessed. Traffic from automated crawlers, and from the admin area itself, is excluded. None of this is used to build a profile of you, and none of it is sold or shared.

Having it removed

Email contact@palisaro.com and ask. You do not need to give a reason, and the entry is deleted rather than marked inactive. Every launch email will also carry an unsubscribe link.

Questions

Anything not covered here, ask at contact@palisaro.com. This page will be replaced by the full policy before the catalogue opens.
